WASHINGTON – WTOP Living is partnering with the Washington Animal Rescue League to feature a Pet of the Week available for adoption. Meet this week’s pet below.
Name: Davidson
Age: 8 weeks old
Breed: German shepherd mix
Bio: Davidson hitched a ride from New Orleans in the hopes of a better chance at a new life in the nation’s capital.
As with most rescued dogs, the ancestry of Davidson and his littermates, Danny Boy and Dixie Cup, remains something of a mystery, but the pups appear to be German shepherd mixes.
All three are friendly, inquisitive and playful as only puppies can be. Yes, puppies require time and commitment for training, but they will pay you back in a lifetime of companionship.
For more information about Davidson, email adoption@warl.org or call 202-726-2556 ext. 503.
