Donald Trump reportedly does not use email, and Julian Assange says that is a smart move.
“Probably a wise choice,” Assange responded to Fox News’ Sean Hannity, during an interview released Wednesday night. Hannity is also an informal adviser of Trump.
Assange, the editor-in-chief of WikiLeaks, added he had information on the Republican presidential nominee that he would release. He hinted this information is likely limited, however, because Trump hasn’t been in public office before.
“We have information that touches on the Republican Party’s campaign,” Assange said. “In assessing that information, we will publish it, of course. But, Donald Trump, you know … doesn’t have a history of being in government.”

Assange’s comments released Wednesday were originally recorded Tuesday night; in part one of the interview, Assange charged that the Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton was lying about knowing a classified marker, the letter “c,” he said is common knowledge in government.
Assange said that WikiLeaks would also be releasing information on financier George Soros, a prominent backer of liberal causes.
“We will be publishing quite a lot of information about George Soros,” Assange said. “It has already been published elsewhere, in an unusable form. That’s part of what we do as well.”
Assange explained that WikiLeaks works to make some records more user-friendly to the general public.
