Woman faces charges in road-rage case (Video)

WASHINGTON — A woman is facing charges after her road rage was caught on camera.

Over the weekend, Sherri Norman tried to pass another vehicle on a North Carolina roadway when she said another driver – identified as 40-year-old Kristin Leigh Phillips – was speeding, tried to pass her and run her off the road, The Daily Mail reports.

After passing Norman, Phillips stopped in the middle of the road, got out of the car and tried to attack Norman through the driver’s side window.

Norman handed the video over to police, who arrested Phillips Monday.

Phillips has now been charged with reckless driving to endanger, assault and battery, injury to personal property, driving left of center and two counts of communicating threats, The Mail reports.

“I knew what was going to happen. I wanted it on tape. Twice the lady tried to pass me on a two-lane road with double lines on a hill,” Norman said to The Daily Mail.
