UPDATE 3/31/16 2:13 a.m.: WASHINGTON — Authorities say the Silver Alert for Shing Chong Wong from Montgomery County has been canceled. He has been located and is in good health.
EARLIER 3/11/16: 1:40 a.m.: WASHINGTON — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Montgomery County man.
Shing Chong Wong, 72, was last seen around 6 p.m. Wednesday near Silver Spring, Maryland.
Wong is described as a 5-foot-4 Asian man with a bald head and brown eyes, and weighing around 135 pounds.
Wong drives a 1997 black Honda Accord with Maryland plates. His tag number is ELN788.
Anyone who sees Wong is asked to call Montgomery County Police at 301-279-8000, or call 911.
