UPDATE, 1/10, 6:50 a.m.: Sherwood Simon Boxer has been found unharmed, according to officials.
WASHINGTON — A Silver Alert was issued early Sunday for a missing 65-year-old man in Montgomery County, Maryland.
According to the alert, Sherwood Simon Boxer was last seen around noon Saturday in Germantown.
Boxer is described as standing 5-feet-10-inches tall, weighing 230 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue T-shirt and gray pants.
Boxer may be driving a red 2002 Honda Odyssey with license plate number ACS53M.
