WASHINGTON — Twin brothers Samuel Charles DeCarlo and Isaac William DeCarlo, and Bianca Cruz have been found safe and unharmed, according to Montgomery County Police.

There’s no word on the whereabouts of Allan De Souza Machado. The twins had been missing from the Bel Pre area; police thought they were traveling with Machado and Cruz to Ocean City.

Cruz had been missing since June 18 near her home. Machado — 16, of Rockville — was reported missing on May 30. He is described as white, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 150 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Allan also has a beard and moustache.
