WASHINGTON — With the school year extended by a day in Montgomery County, recreation programs run through the county will start a day later.
Programs set to begin June 15 will start June 16. Programs scheduled to begin on June 16 will start on June 17.
The recreation department says many of the programs will be in public school buildings that are not be available until June 17.
Participants will get a prorated refund for days missed due to the later start dates. For more information, call 240-777-6840.
