Gov. Larry Hogan shares photo of bald head after chemo treatments

WASHINGTON — Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan is showing off a new look after his second round of chemotherapy.

On Tuesday, Hogan — who announced in June he has non-Hodgkin Lymphoma — shared a photo on his social media accounts of his new bald head.

“It looks like there is another white dome in the Annapolis State House!” he wrote on Facebook. “Thanks to my treatments, I’m sporting a new aerodynamic look.”

Hogan added that “bald is beautiful” and “The First Lady says I’m still sexy.”

Hogan received his second five-day round of chemotherapy earlier this month.

“I may be losing hair follicles, but I’m winning the battle as we kill cancer cells like crazy,” Hogan posted on Facebook.

Hogan, a Republican, is being treated at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore for B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. When he announced the diagnosis June 22, he said the disease was at an advanced stage but his prognosis was good.
