Jumbo’s Pumpkin Patch
Jumbo’s has been rated one as one of the top 10 pumpkin patches in America. Located in Middletown, MD, festivities here include a corn maze, unlimited hayrides, crafts vendors each weekend, petting zoo and pick your own pumpkins!

Baugher’s Orchard
If you are ok with a bit of scenic drive, Baugher’s Orchard is located in Westminster, MD. During October weekends, you can aboard the hayride to the fields and pick your own pumpkins. They also have a large apple picking orchard too. Once you have picked your pumpkins and apples, the family can enjoy the fall festivities including pony rides, face painting, and a pumpkin bounce house.

Gaver Farm
Gaver Farm in Mount Airy, Maryland has a lot of fun options. With over 12 acres of pumpkins you can pick, this farm has a Fall Fun Fest which features a corn maze, farm animals, mini mazes, giant slides, jumping pillows, pedal karts, games and over 60 family-fun farm attractions! Plus they have a donut hut so what is better than that!

Butler’s Orchard
Located in Germantown, MD, the annual Pumpkin Festival runs until October 31st . Tickets to the festival include picking your own pumpkins, hayrides, a twisted corn maze and other fun activities. You can also get your face painted and do a pumpkin cannon! There is also a market to get some fall related goodies including donuts, apple cider and fresh baked pies and breads!

Larriland Farm
At this family owned farm in Western Maryland, you can pick your own crops from Pumpkins to Apples to flowers! Plus, they have hayrides, food trucks, and a straw maze! If you love sweets and apples, they have apple fritters on Saturdays and Sundays!

Summers Farm
Now this is a fun place! Located in Frederick, MD, Summers Farm has something for all ages. When you buy admission here, you get access to 45+ fall activities including giant slides, wagon rides and a pumpkin train. Plus, they have one of the largest corn mazes in the state of Maryland. Each year they design the corn maze with a theme to create a message or picture only visible from the sky. With lots of great food and fireworks every Friday and Saturday night in October, there is no shortage of fun here!

Cox Farms
Located in Centreville, VA, The Fall Festival is filled with family-friendly entertainment and attractions including slides, swings, animals, hayrides and more. The slides at Cox Farms are not your ordinary slides. They have a volcano slide, a dino slide and a castle slide! Plus with pumpkin picking and good food, everyone in the family will have fun here!

Located in Poolesville, MD, this farm doesn’t have all the extra activities that some of the other farms have. If you want straight pumpkin picking, you will get that at Homestead Farm. On the weekends, pickers can take a hayride out to the patch, where you can take your time enjoying this 230-acre farm.
