WASHINGTON — Traffic on southbound Interstate 95 in Howard County, Maryland, was tied up for around five hours Friday morning after a tractor-trailer overturned and another truck went off the road near Md. 175.

Fuel also spilled on the road after the crash, which happened around 2 a.m.

The road was fully closed, but only one left lane was getting by at the site of the crash, before Md. 175/Exit 41. A second lane opened up at about 6:45 a.m. and the road was fully open just before 7:15.

There are no reports of anyone being seriously hurt.
