WASHINGTON — Fairfax County police are looking for a man who may have more information about the unlawful filming of a minor in a fitting room at the Fair Oaks Mall earlier this week.
On Friday, Fairfax County police released images of a man wanted for questioning in the filming inside a Hollister fitting room located at the Fairfax mall Sunday afternoon.
Between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Sunday, a 13-year-old girl was trying on clothes in the fitting room when she heard a noise and in the neighboring stall. She told police she looked down and saw a cellphone that appeared to be filming her while she changed.
Hollister employees were notified and the managers have been working with police. The store provided video footage of a man who was inside the store around the time of the offense.
