Pedestrian dies after Reston hit-and-run

WASHINGTON — A pedestrian was hit by a car on Sunday afternoon died late Sunday night, the police say, and they’re still looking for the driver.

The Fairfax County police say Hung Soon Seo, 78, was hit in the 11400 block of North Shore Drive, at Village Road, around 5:20 p.m. Sunday, and was pronounced dead at about 11:30.

Police are searching for a witness of the the hit-and-run. Earlier Monday, police thought the witness was the suspect.

Police say the witness drove a newer model black Nissan Altima with silver front trim and tinted windows.
