WASHINGTON – Police are searching for a Springfield, Virginia, teen who has been missing for three days.
Cesar “Steven” Boquin-Zambrano, 16, was last seen about 6:30 a.m. Monday at Robert E. Lee High School in Springfield, according to Fairfax County police.
He was wearing gray pants and a gray sweatshirt with blue sleeves.
