Aziz Ansari holds book event Wednesday in D.C.

WASHINGTON — Comedian Aziz Ansari is coming to our nation’s capital.

Ansari will appear at the Lisner Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, to discuss his new book “Modern Romance.”

He’s best known for his role on NBC’s “Parks and Recreation.”

You’ll also recognize him from MTV’s sketch comedy show “Human Grant” and movies like “Funny People,” “I Love You, Man” and “Observe and Report.”

Ansari has also gone viral for appearances on late-night talk shows and web series like Jerry Seinfeld’s “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.”
