WASHINGTON — A University of Virginia student may have lost a dance off at a Cavaliers basketball game, but she is winning the Internet — and now she wants a rematch.
Cammy Leech, an 18-year-old nursing student, faced off with another spectator during a dance cam segment in Saturday’s Louisville-Virginia game. While Leech’s snarl-faced, shoulder shimmying moves captured on the Jumbotron were a hit, she didn’t win the match.
Now, she is telling The Washington Post that she is ready for a rematch.
“I’m slightly bitter about losing so I’m very interested [in a rematch,]” Leech told The Post in an email.
