See inside these Dupont Circle houses converted to boutique luxury condos

Two Dupont row homes have been connected and renovated to form a new boutique condominium building with eight units.

Units in The Odeum at 1775 Church St. NW range in price from $399,900 for 500 square feet to $1.65 million for 2,200 square feet. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Alex Venditti of The Alex Venditti Group is now marketing the condos.

The penthouse suite includes a dining room, den/study, two patios, two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.

In 2017, D.C.-based JC Development started the renovations, which are ongoing. KC/DC Studios carried out the French-style architecture plan. Some of the units’ features include gourmet chef’s kitchens with the Blomberg appliances, spa-inspired bathrooms and herringbone wood floors. The building has private rooftop decks, rear patios, individual porches and dedicated parking spaces.

Next to The Odeum sits Church Street Theatre, the inspiration for the property’s namesake. Odeum is Greek word for a space for musical performances.…
