WASHINGTON — A fatal crash involving a motorcycle caused street closures in D.C. Monday morning.
Arkansas Avenue is closed between Decatur Street and Iowa Avenue. Police say it will closed through the morning rush hours.
The name of the deceased and the details of the crash have not been released yet.
