WASHINGTON — One lane on the Memorial Bridge toward Virginia is closed Tuesday morning after officials noticed some corrosion on the bridge, the National Park Service says.
Crews have closed the curbside westbound lane of the bridge out of an abundance of caution while the Federal Highway Administration takes a closer look at it.
There’s no indication yet when that will happen.
