WASHINGTON — Salis Holdings, run by &pizza co-founder Steve Salis, acquired Ted’s Bulletin, the popular restaurant with five locations in the Washington area.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
“We love to partner with innovative, visionary entrepreneurs like Steve,” said Jim Bolduc, senior marketing manager at JPB Capital Partners, which helped fund the acquisition.
“Combining Steve and his team’s energy and savviness with a strong local brand like Ted’s is very exciting for JPB.”
Ted’s Bulletin opened its first restaurant in 2010 on Capitol Hill. It has expanded to 14th Street in D.C., Gaithersburg in Maryland and Merrifield and Reston in Virginia.
Salis bought D.C. landmark Kramer Books & Afterwords Cafe last year.
