WASHINGTON — Arlington County police are looking for a man who posed as a maintenance worker at an apartment building and sexually assaulted a resident Sunday morning.
The incident happened at around 9:45 a.m. in the 1500 block of Key Boulevard, police said in a news release.
Police said a man entered the building and began knocking on various apartment doors claiming to be a maintenance worker. Police said he scuffled with a female who opened her door, and then sexually assaulted her.
Police released security footage of the suspect, who was described as a black male in his early 20s, about 6 feet tall with a slim build. Police said he was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and was carrying a backpack at the time of the incident.
