WASHINGTON — A Woodbridge, Virginia, man is dead in Alexandria’s first homicide of 2015.
Police say Shakkan Elliot-Tibbs, 22, was shot Thursday night.
The shooting happened in the 700 block of N. Fayette Street.
Police say they responded the shooting at 11:32 p.m.
Ellio-Tibbs died at the hospital.
Police have not made any arrests.
