WASHINGTON – Rose Morgan is an adorable 4 1/2-month-old hound mix puppy that’s ready to become part of your family.
Rose Morgan arrived at the Washington Animal Rescue League from Mississippi back in July, and is the last of her traveling companions to need a home.
The puppy has a leg that was injured at some point and is beyond hope of repair.
Veterinarians at WARL’s Medical Center decided the best option for her was to amputate the leg.
This hound mix has now recovered completely. Healthy, active and friendly, Rose Morgan can be a little timid initially.
Rose Morgan needs an adult home where she’ll have an opportunity to play with other social dogs and get lots of love and attention. Could that be yours?
WTOP Living has partnered with the Washington Animal Rescue League to feature a Pet of the Week available for adoption. For more information about Rose Morgan, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 202-726-2556 ext. 503.
