WASHINGTON - You'd think the first clue would have been that no emergency crews were on the scene.
But apparently that detail didn't raise concerns for a Chicago news team when they reported a small plane had crashed on a city road and aired footage of the scene.
Midway through their report, the anchors learn the scene was actually staged for a TV show and admitted their error.
