WASHINGTON — Brace for it — another optical illusion is about to break the Internet.
In recent months, social media felt the force of “the dress” as everyone from casual tweeters to scientists debated whether it was white and gold or blue and black.
But now Internet’s favorite animal is fighting for the crown. An anonymous post uploaded to Imgur has the web debating whether a tabby is headed up the stairs or down.
Since no one knows where the picture really comes from, we may never know. But what do you think?
While you decide, click through the gallery to check out some of the Internet’s favorite optical illusions.
