WASHINGTON — Two men and a woman face felony charges after a stabbing incident near an apartment complex in Stafford County that left one victim with extensive injuries and two others wounded, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.

One of the three victims turned up at a nearby Patient First clinic suffering from multiple knife wounds to his upper body on Jan. 4. He was unconscious from significant blood loss, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.

He was taken to Mary Washington Hospital for treatment and released earlier this week, according to a spokesperson for the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.

Two more male victims arrived at Stafford Hospital Center with knife wounds.

Police said that all six people were involved in the altercation, which was related to an argument over drugs, along Democracy Circle.

The incident remains under investigation.
