WASHINGTON — One man is dead in a shooting in Woodbridge Friday.
Prince William County police said Francin Solano Campo, 23, was shot on the 3200 block of Wyndale Court in Woodbridge. Police found the victim with gunshot wounds to the upper body. He was taken to an area hospital where he died.
One suspect is in custody. Police do not believe the shooting was random.
This is the 17th homicide in Prince William County this year.
