Police ID victim of July 4 Landover shooting

WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County police have identified the man who was shot in Landover on July 4, walked into a hospital and later died.

The police identified the victim as DeMarco Robinson, 33, of Lanham. Another shooting victim was driven to the hospital at the same time as Robinson with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.

The investigation has found that the shooting happened in the 7300 block of Landover Road in Landover, east of Route 50, police said.
