Police investigate homicide in Forestville

WASHINGTON —  Police said they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound Saturday night in Forestville, Md. He  was later pronounced dead on the scene.

The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating the death of Eric Bernard Talbert Jr., 22, of Juneau Court in District Heights, as a homicide.  A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in this case.   
Police say they patrol officers found Talbert outside a residence on the 7200 block of Donnell Place at about 9:30 p.m.  Preliminarily, detectives do not believe this was a random act.
