WASHINGTON — Officials are searching for the person who set fire to a popular Prince George’s County restaurant last week, causing $2 million in damage.
On Wednesday, Prince George’s County Fire Department released a video of a person of interest in the arson that happened at Tucker’s Bar and Lounge located at 9205 Marlboro Pike in Forestville on June 17.
Fire crews responded to the blaze at about 3:30 a.m. and extinguished the flames by about 5:10 a.m. During the firefighting efforts, a firefighter sustained a burn injury. He was treated and released.
The restaurant, which sustained $2 million in damage, has been in operation since 1969.
