On a per-share basis, the Latham, New York-based company said it had a loss of 6 cents. Losses, adjusted for stock option expense, came to 3 cents per share.
The swimming pool maker posted revenue of $100 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $11.1 million, or 9 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $545.9 million.
Latham Group expects full-year revenue in the range of $580 million to $610 million.
