On a per-share basis, the Kennesaw, Georgia-based company said it had a loss of 5 cents. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs and non-recurring costs, were 12 cents per share.
The biological medical device maker posted revenue of $95.8 million in the period.
Artivion expects full-year revenue in the range of $389 million to $396 million.
Artivion shares have increased 62% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $28.98, more than doubling in the last 12 months.
