Here’s why and how to recognize your team as one of Greater Washington’s Best Places to Work

The Washington Business Journal is taking nominations for our annual Best Places to Work and HR Impact Awards — but not for much longer. Best Places nominations will close Jan. 26, and nominations for the related HR Impact Awards honors Feb. 9. 

In case you missed last year’s event, it’s always quite the party. Last year we had a 1980s theme (as you can see in the pictures below), and as usual, a very enthusiastic crowd of honorees from the 75 companies that made our rankings.

We’re excited to announce that this year’s event will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. May 9 at Bowlero in Tysons, and we hope that you’ll be there. 

We will honor the top-scoring Best Places to Work winners according to each size category (small, medium, large and extra-large companies). Quantum Workplace administers employee surveys that will determine your company score, evaluating factors including but not limited to: trust with coworkers and in senior leaders, engagement, team and manager effectiveness,…
