Shoppers at Tysons Corner Center can now order a pomegranate blush cocktail from American Girl Bistro or a cucumber jalapeño ranch water from Earls Kitchen + Bar and take it with them while they peruse many of the stores at Greater Washington’s largest mall.
They can also grab a beer from participating restaurants to wait away their partner’s shopping, perhaps wondering why said partner waited until mid-December to start buying holiday gifts.
The Northern Virginia shopping destination owned by Santa Monica, California’s The Macerich Co. (NYSE: MAC) rolled out the new sip-and-shop program on Wednesday. The drinks must be purchased in the mall at nine participating restaurants and carried in designated to-go cups that have a “Shopping with a Twist” logo on them.
