Sterling Brunch at Bally’s returns after remodel

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A Las Vegas casino brunch famous for its bottomless glasses of Perrier Jouet French Champagne is returning after a three-month remodel.

The $90-a-head Sterling Brunch will return to Bally’s this weekend. The extravagant meal was previously only available on Sundays but is now expanding to include Saturdays.

Sterling Brunch has been on hiatus since February, when the casino began modernizing the vintage Vegas-styled Bally’s Steakhouse and rebranding it as BLT Steak after a New York City restaurant of the same name.

The menu will remain largely the same as before and includes caviar, lobster tails and Alaskan king crab legs.
