Kurt Busch on Sunday attempted to become just the second driver to complete both the Indianapolis 500 and Coca-Cola 600 auto races in a single day. Some of the numbers:

Double Dip: Busch is the fourth driver to attempt The Double. He joins John Andretti (1994), Robby Gordon (1997, 2000, 2002-04) and Tony Stewart (1999, 2001). Stewart finished sixth at Indy and third at Charlotte in 2001, become the first driver to complete all 1,100 miles.
