WASHINGTON – He’s a multitasker, in touch with his emotions and calls mom a couple of times a week. He is, according to a new survey, the modern man.
What does it mean to be a man? A thousand men were asked to participate in a Daily Mail survey sponsored by grooming manufacturer Just for Men.
The main priority of the modern man is making money, although half said they would be happy being a stay-at-home Dad.
Modern men are comfortable with who they are, will ask for directions if lost and would love to be the best Dad ever.
Their style icons are Daniel Craig, David Beckham and George Clooney. Modern men like getting manicures, will moisturize dry skin and will not hesitate to cover up any gray hair.
The modern man tells his partners they love them at least six times a week, they know how to mix a good drink, and one-third of them will admit they are afraid of spiders – but half would man up and deal with them if needed.
When it come to the TV remote though, don’t take it from them. The modern man also hates losing games to his kids and does admit to tuning out his partner’s conversations now and again.
