WASHINGTON – The Metropolitan Police Department is looking for a man who sexually assaulted a woman last week in Northwest D.C.
The victim was walking in the 5100 block of 44th Street NW in Friendship Heights around 11 p.m. on Nov. 26 when the suspect approached her from behind and demanded money.
The victim told police the suspect held an unknown object to her back.
After obtaining the money, he forced her into a nearby alley and sexually assaulted the victim.
The suspect is described as a black man with a medium to dark complexion, 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-7 in height, 40 and 50 years old and wearing an olive green coat.
