Sala Thai plans to open its fifth restaurant at Rhode Island Row at the intersection of Rhode Island Avenue and Reed Street NE, Citybizlist.com reports. Sala Thai has four current locations in Petworth, U Street and M Street in Washington, and on Cordell Avenue in Bethesda.
