WASHINGTON – Fans lined up early Thursday morning along the 5-mile parade route, preparing to celebrate the Philadelphia Eagles’ historic Super Bowl win.
The parade kicks off at 11 a.m., and is expected to last about two hours. Organizers said as many as 2 million people were expected to turn out.
