The Hunt: Ricin produced in Europe for first time by suspected terrorist

WASHINGTON — Last week, German authorities arrested a Tunisian man they say was planning a terror attack using ricin. On this week’s edition of “The Hunt,” Robin Simcox, Margaret Thatcher Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, said this was a significant development.
