Police search for man they say exposed himself on Md. bus

WASHINGTON — Police in Maryland are looking for a man wearing a Superman shirt who they say exposed himself on a bus.

Montgomery County police say the indecent exposure happened on a Ride On bus around 1 p.m. on Aug. 31 in Rockville. A female passenger told responding officers that a man wearing glasses and a blue Superman T-shirt seated nearby grabbed his groin and exposed himself.

The bus made an unplanned stop at Redland Boulevard and Piccard Drive. The woman told police that both she and the suspect exited the bus after it stopped. The man was last seen on foot near the intersection.

Montgomery County police released surveillance video from the bus and have asked anyone with information about the incident to call the 6th District Investigative Section at 240-773-5770.
