WASHINGTON — The bodies of two missing Montgomery County men have been recovered from the Potomac River Saturday.

Maryland Natural Resource police identified the victims Sunday morning as Eriberto Ferrufino, 47, and Franklin Ferrufino, 43, both of Silver Spring, Maryland.

Crews had been looking for the pair after their boat, a 13-foot Boston Whaler, was found empty and turning in circles around 10:30 p.m. Saturday. That vessel was found near Cobb Island in Charles County, authorities said on Twitter.

Maryland Natural Resources Police were working with Charles County fire services to find the two men.
