WASHINGTON — Sun? Check. Blue skies? Check. A 79-year-old who really knows how to get comfy and soak up the sun? Check. With abundant sunshine and temperatures soaring into the 70s, WTOP reporter Kristi King gets the tough assignment of seeing how some in the D.C. area were enjoying a nearly perfect February day.
