WASHINGTON — President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration committee on Wednesday released a schedule of official events for the weekend.
With less than a month until the inauguration, the committee announced events such as a wreath laying at Arlington National Cemetery, the swearing-in ceremony at the Capitol, inaugural parade on Pennsylvania Avenue and national prayer service at Washington National Cathedral.
The committee said the celebrations will reflect Trump’s “eagerness to get to work in order to make our country safer and stronger.”
Many of the ticketed events will be available to the general public, and information can be found on the committee website.
