TGIF (Thank Gin It's Friday!!!) And the first day of Spring...though it doesn't seem like it.  In honor of our Spring/Summer being bottled today, we wanted to share a very refreshing and very delicious cocktail!  We took a cue from some of these yummy looking Spring cocktails in the link below and made a version of a Tom Collins. Please enjoy this drink and before you know it, it will be 62 degrees tomorrow! (Perfect for a distillery visit, wink, wink). Tom's Walking with a Spring in his Step 2 oz Spring/Summer (if you don't have any from last year, use the Year 'Round or Navy Strength) .5 oz Grapefruit shrub (if you don't have this, which you should, you can omit) .5 oz rose simple syrup (or use homemade lavender ss) 1.25 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice ice club soda or sparkling lemon water It's so good, I'm already on my second. http://www.bustle.com/articles/18523-these-9-refreshing-gin-cocktails-are-perfect-for-celebrating-spring/page/4
