Police: 4 men shot in Northeast DC

WASHINGTON — Four men are being treated for gunshot wounds after a shooting in Northeast D.C. on Tuesday, according to police.

The shooting happened in the 1700 block of Benning Road just after 4:30 a.m., police said.

Two men are suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body and two were shot in the legs, according to police.

Police are still investigating the motive behind the shooting.
