3 suspects wanted for Northeast DC kidnapping, sexual assault

WASHINGTON — D.C. police continue to look for three suspects connected to a kidnapping and sexual assault that happened around Montana and Saratoga Avenue Northeast.

A female victim was abducted by the three suspects around 8 a.m. Thursday, July 28 while walking on Montana Avenue Northeast. They took the victim into their dark-colored SUV or van and drove to an unknown location where they sexually assaulted her, police say.

The identities of the suspects are still not known at this time. But police have released detailed descriptions of the suspects:

  • Suspect one: Male, has a tattoo of a motorcycle with flames and the word “DIE, DIE” on his neck, dark hair, light complexion, about 38 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall and 150 lbs.
  • Suspect two: Male, has a tattoo on his right wrist that reads “Wizzy Gang,” shoulder-length dreadlocks, dark complexion, about 38 years old and 6 feet tall.
  • Suspect three: Male, tattoo of a skull with words “Murder Gang,” light complexion and about 22 years old.
