WASHINGTON — A man has died and a child is in serious condition after a car crash in Capitol Heights Saturday night in Maryland.
Officers responded to an accident on Addison road and Central Avenue about 9 p.m. According to Prince George’s County police, the driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree.
Central Avenue and Addison Road were shut down for the investigation but reopened early Sunday morning.
The adult male involved in the single vehicle collision has succumbed to his injuries. The minor child remains in serious condition.
