WASHINGTON — The highest-priced residential sale in the D.C. region in June was a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house with two powder rooms on N Street Northwest, in Georgetown’s East Village.
The property sold for $6.3 million, $550,000 below list price. The 5,400-square-foot house was built in 1840, but recently remolded. It includes a 7,200-square-foot lot and a backyard pool.
Last on the list at number 15 was a six-bedroom home with an elevator that sold at $3.2 million.
