Pablo Rouco joined the WTOP newsroom in 2025 as an associate producer.

Pablo graduated from Temple University, where he studied journalism and political science. At Temple, he served as the general manager of the university radio station, WHIP, and as the podcast editor for The Temple News, the student newspaper. He also served as a morning news intern for WPHL, the CW affiliate in Philadelphia.

Pablo led WHIP to be a finalist in the 2025 IBS awards category for best College/University Radio Station. He also won second place for best podcast in the 2025 Student Keystone Media Awards, Division I category, for The Temple News podcast RePrint.
